Nothing that was mentioned here has worked. We thought it was Spice Works causing this due to the scans it runs nightly but I turned off the scans and even shut the machine off for two days, still happening. This issue is very interment and we can't seem to find what is causing it.
We are using Windows 7 workstations and have multiple sites (6) and each site has their own DC.
